For Arjun Sai, a 6 year-old boy, school is very important. His father earns a daily living for his wife and kids by pulling a rickshaw. With an income of $1.50 a day, he brings just enough money home to buy food for his family.
We asked Arjun if he liked studying and he said, “I love to study". Arjun's father somehow has managed to send him to kindergarten but is worried that he won’t be able to afford school expenses anymore. To support Arjun’s education, his mother works as a maid to bring additional 50 cents a day to family income.
Arjun is one of those children who love to go to school. His parents are hard-working and always looking for means to send him to school. Any support to Arjun’s family will ensure his education and work towards his dream of becoming a pilot.
